New features in version 1.1 include Imvu Mobile protection and adjustable speeds. Version 1.2 adds the option to cycle through the images. While Imvu Mobile doesn't present any particularly unique gaming elements, we still find it enjoyable. It's a Imvu Mobile pick-up-and-play title that's easy to learn and even a bit addictive. And since it's free, we think it's a perfectly worthwhile download. Imvu Mobile for Mac opens into its basic main interface after a quick download. The menu includes no graphics and looks very dated, but that didn't impact the app's operation. The user must drag a photo image file into the main rectangular window to import it to the program. This brings up an enlarged view of the photo, but with an additional background. Imvu Mobile along the left side give the user several options to change the background image, but these are limited and have a poor quality. A slider in the lower left allows the user to change the color resolution. Additional buttons to the right allow changes to the style of the image shading. A final slider allows the user to enlarge or shrink the image on the program's background. Unfortunately, the program only works with PNG Imvu Mobile, so you won't be able to use any images in other popular formats. With a built-in HTTP server and good third-party Imvu Mobile and database integration, Imvu Mobile is also a good choice for collaboration, even with users using other reference-management applications. There's a lot of competition in this category, and Imvu Mobile has only gotten better in recent versions.
